Jessenia Aguirre, LMHC

Jessenia Aguirre earned her master’s degree in Counseling from Mercy College in 2015 and has worked as a bilingual clinician for the past 6 years. She has clinical experience in the treatment of those with anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma. Jessenia utilizes a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused, Narrative Therapy, and Psychoeducation in her work. Jessenia has worked in variety of settings including outpatient specialty clinics, community mental health clinics, large non-profits, and private practice.  

Jessenia truly believes that individuals who have the motivation to improve and courage to seek growth through vulnerability and hard work can accomplish all of their goals.
