How do I leave Talkiatry?

If you decide Talkiatry is not right for you, we understand  You can let your psychiatrist know during your visit or reach out to us at hello@talkiatry.com or 833-351-8255.  You can also request your medical records at that time. Just let us know and we’ll send you a release form.
