We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Clinical and Community Outreach Manager to drive Talkiatry's mission by connecting our high-quality mental health services with the communities and clinical partners who need them. In this newly established role, you’ll not only help build relationships with providers and community organizations, but you’ll also play a pivotal role in shaping the development of the department, setting the foundation for impactful outreach initiatives at Talkiatry. We’re looking for a self-starter with a motivated, business-owner mentality who can bring both strategic insight and hands-on energy to this essential role.   

You will:

  • Take Ownership: Building and managing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations to drive referrals and expand Talkiatry’s reach.
  • Identify & Engage New Opportunities: Proactively research, prospect, and connect with new provider partner leads.
  • Drive Awareness & Conversion: Lead in-person and virtual events, presentations, and meetings to promote Talkiatry’s services and convert leads into engaged referral partners.
  • Build & Strengthen Relationships: Meet with providers and community leaders to foster partnerships and strengthen partnerships through in-person visits, emails, and meaningful interactions.
  • Refine outreach strategies: Ensure our services reach those who need them most.

You have:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management or clinical relations in healthcare.
  • Based in the Metro New York City area, with the ability to work both in the field and at our Manhattan office as needed.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach, with strong project management skills and an ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

The compensation range for this position is an annual salary of $85k - $100 + 15% potential bonuses based on performance.  

Commuter Stipend & Milage Reimbursement: NYC employees will be provided a monthly stipend for public transportation costs all other employee will be granted milage reimbursement for miles driven to perform outreach.
