You Will:
Team Leadership & Strategy
Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing account management team
Design and execute an account management strategy to provide hospitality led support to our partners while delivering against program goals
Create a framework for strategic account planning, coach account managers on implementing a refined playbook
Foster a high-performance, partner-centric culture with the team, encouraging innovation, accountability and continuous improvement
Strategic Partner Engagement
Create frameworks for driving physician adoption and referral growth
Develop proven approaches for navigating complex practice environments
Lead strategic reviews with partner executives and clinical leaders
Spearhead successful launch and expansion playbooks for major partnerships
Act as senior escalation point for complex provider relationships
Build for Scale
Design scalable processes for partner onboarding and growth
Develop enablement tools that support efficient partnership management
Build training programs that ensure consistent, high-quality partner support
Analyze partner data and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks
Collaborate with Mindshare program leadership and other internal stakeholders to ensure partner needs are understood and met
You Have:
- 8+ years of experience in account management/business development, with focus on provider relationships
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Experience managing relationships with health system executives and clinical leaders
- Strong analytical mindset with proven success using data to drive partner outcomes
- Strategic thinker who can build scalable processes while maintaining service quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, Hubspot preferred, and account management best practices.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and SQL preferred
- Healthcare technology experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation range for this position is $170 - 190K Base, $230K OTE, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications
