We are seeking a Manager of Analytics and Insights to aid in the development of our Clinical Analytics program, which has the potential to transform the way we serve our clinicians and patients.
In this role, you will build on our existing data infrastructure and established data warehouse to develop true business intelligence for our Therapy Operators and Clinical leaders in the marketplace. Those marketplace leaders will depend on you to upgrade our operational performance reporting, launch the next iteration of our clinician balanced scorecards, and spin up tools and ad hoc analyses to help everyone work at the top of their potential. In addition, our Clinical Quality leaders will seek your advice on policy setting and prioritization and our Product leaders will leverage the work of you and your team to map out selection and timing of workflow automation priorities.
About Talkiatry:
Talkiatry’s mission is to transform psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care.
We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.
60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low and paperwork is unduly burdensome. With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need—and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine.
You will:
- Work with Therapy Operational and Clinical leaders as well as Data and Strategic Finance to support the operation by leveraging data to drive performance management
- Develop, analyze and summarize actionable insights on various operational, financial and clinical quality metrics. Identify trends and areas of opportunity to drive improvement.
- Develop and iterate on the therapist scorecards, dashboards and new metrics to drive performance improvement conversations.
- Serve as a liaison to our therapy leadership team and use these metrics to make real-time decisions and monitor and measure the impact of those decisions
- Collaborate with our Informatics, Engineering, and Data Product team to flow data into and out of our enterprise data warehouse
You have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with developing solutions using advanced data visualization tools and languages, including R, SAS, SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or PowerBI
- Expertise in transforming large datasets into insights, folding in business context even when it’s unfamiliar to you at first
- Ability to convey the usefulness of reports and analysis to internal and external stakeholders who are unfamiliar with data and analytics
- Understanding of industry trends in emerging technology and analytics
- Preferred experience in healthcare data, including clinical quality measures
