About the role:     
    
We are seeking an Account Manager, Strategic Partnerships, who will forge deep trusted relationships with our referral partners and drive the success of our partnerships. Your goal will be to ensure that our relationships with partners are strong, profitable, and enduring Up to 75% of the successful candidate’s time will be spent travelling to assigned accounts in Nashville and surrounding areas in TN.   
   
You will report to our Director of Account Management. To excel in this position, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.       
   
You are exceptional at communicating, listening, and problem solving with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders. You are driven by our mission and known as a self-starter, resourceful, empathetic, proactive, and adaptable ready to take on new opportunities to nurture our partner relationships. Proven experience in Account Management and providing solutions based on customer needs is required for this position.      
    
    
You will:      
    
  • Serve as the long-term relationship manager focused on increasing engagement, new patient growth and retention      
  • Build trust by proactively communicating and setting appropriate expectations      
  • Collaborate with Talkiatry’s Strategic Initiative team to ensure a seamless transition to Account Management and identify growth opportunities within assigned territory      
  • Serve as the link of communication between referral partners and internal teams      
  • Interface with mid-level operational leads, referral coordinators, staff, and doctors to acquire a thorough understanding of each site’s needs and requirements      
  • Coordinate and lead virtual and in-person trainings for doctors and staff members at individual sites to promote Talkiatry services and established referral workflows     
  • Ensure our referral partners receive accurate and up to date information on our services and referral process to grow and maintain new patient appointments     
  • Resolve any issues and problems, deal with complaints, issue escalations as needed to maintain trust     
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire partner experience     
  • Prepare and present regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics     
  • Expand the relationships with existing partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives     
  • Attend conferences and networking events in your market to build awareness and establish relationships     
   
   
    
Your Qualifications:     
   
  • This role is remote, but you must be based in Nashville, Tennessee     
  • 4+ years’ experience in a healthcare business development or account management role; Mental Health experience a plus      
  • Ability to travel to assigned accounts in and around Tennessee or neighboring states for in-person meetings about 75% of your time     
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Psychology or relevant field      
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and MS Office

  • Compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 base salary, $100,000 to $115,000 OTE, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
