Talkiatry is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst who will be a critical partner in bringing analytical rigor to the marketing organization, working closely with executives and operational teams. As an individual contributor, this role will focus primarily on marketing and patient growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing dashboards, reporting, experiment design, media effectiveness analysis, growth accounting, and KPI definition. They will also set tracking requirements and identify trends and insights across the business to inform decision-making and optimize growth.

You will:

  • Measurement & Reporting: Build frameworks to track growth marketing, lifecycle, and conversion efforts. Develop operating and executive-facing dashboards to monitor KPIs. 
  • Business Analysis: Analyze workflows to identify risks and opportunities to improve marketplace dynamics and resource allocation.
  • Campaign Performance: Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and inform future marketing strategies. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data, finance and product teams to solve complex problems and deliver insights that drive decision-making. 
  • Media Optimization: In partnership with marketing and finance, improve media effectiveness, ensuring learnings are applied to both brand and performance marketing. 
  • Leadership & Communication: Present insights to senior executives and founders, focusing on patient acquisition and media spend impact. 

You have:

  • Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, or similar field (Advanced degrees preferred) 
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business operations, consulting, investment banking, product analytics, marketing analytics, strategic finance or data science
  • 3+ years of experience and expertise in SQL or related database languages (Snowflake, Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.) 
  • 2+ years of business or financial analysis experience using Excel (VBA, pivot tables, power pivots) 
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, ThoughtSpot). 
  • Experience in experiment design, statistical concepts like causal inference and tests of significance 
  • Experience with A/B testing, multi-touch attribution, and statistical analysis. Experience with media mix modeling is a plus.

Compensation range for this position is $150,000 to $190,000, plus a 10% performance bonus, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.

EHR Support Analyst

The EHR Support Analyst will support our users with the EHR application (eClinicalWorks) and companion products.   Working closely with Operations, Learning and Development, Business Analysts, Technical Support and Managers, the Support Analyst provides end user support related to the application, general how-tos, and technology basics. The Support Analyst will utilize eClinicalWorks, M365, JIRA, and other related applications and systems as appropriate. The knowledge requirements of this position include an understanding of the EHR (eClinicalWorks) functionality and workflows in a private healthcare practice setting, knowledge of decision criteria, and applicable organizational processes to support all assigned tasks.
