60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low and paperwork is unduly burdensome.  With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need—and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine.

You will:

  • Develop and lead multi-channel growth strategies to achieve key business objectives and drive company-wide growth initiatives.

  • Manage a large marketing budget effectively, optimizing allocation across test and growth channels effectively.
  • Collaborate with the executive team, Product, Sales, and Customer Success departments to create cohesive, cross-functional growth strategies.

  • Implement continuous testing and iteration of strategies to enhance conversion rates, customer retention, and lifetime value.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with strict user privacy standards and protect patient health information.
  • Develop ad creative that is not only effective but also empathetic and respectful, especially in the context of mental health audiences.

  • Extensive experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer segmentation.
  • Demonstrated success in a high-growth startup environment or a fast-paced corporate setting.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar platforms.
