This will make it easier for us to bill your insurance and get claims processed. We have transitioned all patients over to our new site.

What’s changing?

We’ve changed how you access bills. You’ll get an email with details and a transition date.
Bills for visits before your transition date can be found at pay.talkiatry.com
Bills for visits after your transition date can be found at billpay.talkiatry.com

What’s not changing?

  • We aren’t making changes to how much visits cost or what we bill your insurance.
  • As always, you’ll be able to view, pay, request and download bills online. 

  • You’ll also still receive regular notifications. They just may come from two different systems.
  • The links in those texts and emails will automatically take you to the correct site.

Patients in NJ and CA

All your outstanding bills are on our new billing site: billpay.talkiatry.com
Existing payment plans and paid bills you’ll still manage through our old site: pay.talkiatry.com

All other patients

We’ll be gradually transitioning you to our new billing site. You’ll get an email with your transition in the next few months.In the meantime, your bills can be found at our old site: pay.talkiatry.com

Frequently asked questions

How do I change how many billing notifications I get?

We automatically notify you every time you receive a new bill, but you can choose how we notify you (email, text, or paper statement). To select your preferences:

1. Log in at pay.talkiatry.com or billpay.talkiatry.com

2. Click on the button with your initials in the upper right-hand corner of the screen

3. Click ‘My account’ on the drop down

4. Use the toggle to opt in or out of notification types (you will have to have one selected)

I got an email about the new billing site, why haven’t I gotten a new bill?

The email you received was just letting you know your transition date. For any visits that occurred after that date, we’ll follow the normal procedure and let you know once we’ve billed your insurance.

Why haven’t I received an email yet?

We’re rolling out the new platform through Spring 2024. You’ll only receive an email once you’ve been transferred to the new site. If you’re unsure if you received an email or can’t find it, call us at 833-351-TALK(8255).

Can I still set up payment plans for old bills?

Yes! If you have an old bill, just be sure to set up a payment plan before it is due. If you’re having trouble setting up a payment plan, call us at 833-351-TALK(8255).

What will happen to my current payment plans?

Any payment plans set up on the old site (pay.talkiatry.com) will continue to be billed there. You’ll still receive all regular notifications.

When will you close the old billing site?

We’ll keep pay.talkiatry.com open until all patients have been transferred to the new site.
