Can I enroll in a payment plan?

Yes, if your account meets a certain minimum balance, you can enroll in one of our payment plans. You can choose between a plan that is charged monthly or biweekly. All our plans have 0% interest, are charged automatically, and require a minimum payment.

Here’s how to enroll in a payment plan:

1.     For recent bills, head to our new billing site at billpay.talkiatry.com. For any older bills, head to pay.talkiatry.com

2.     Click ‘Start a payment plan” 

3.     Choose either monthly or biweekly payment options 

4.     Enter the total number of payments and total amount per payment 

5.     Select a plan start date 

6.     Select a payment method and enter your details 

7.     Review the plan 

8.     Agree to the terms and conditions 

9.     Click “Create Plan”
