Iris Guerrero Urena, MD

Dr. Iris Guerrero Urena is double board-certified in psychiatry and consultation-liaison psychiatry. She received her medical degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in the Dominican Republic and went on to complete psychiatric residency at Lincoln Hospital in New York City. Dr. Guerrero then completed a consultation liaison fellowship at Morningside and West Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, further acquiring proficiency in caring for patients with complex medical and psychiatric comorbidities. After completing training, Dr. Guerrero worked in an acute inpatient unit and as a psychiatric consultant for patients admitted to medical units in Oregon. Dr. Guerrero Urena focuses on medication management while also implementing elements of supportive, dialectical behavioral, and cognitive behavioral therapy within each session to fully address individual needs. At times, Dr. Guerrero Urena may recommend a therapist for additional therapy. Dr. Jacqueline Lewandowski is a board-certified physician specializing in adult psychiatry. She obtained her undergraduate degree from New York University where she studied psychology and child/adolescent mental health. Dr. Lewandowski received her medical degree from St. George's University in Grenada, before moving back to New York to complete her residency at Morningside and West Mount Sinai Hospitals. Since completion of training, Dr. Lewandowski has practiced and held teaching positions in both the Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Department of Harlem Hospital and the inpatient units and psychiatric emergency rooms of Morningside and West Hospitals. Dr. Lewandowski has a wide range of experience treating a diverse spectrum of psychiatric diagnoses and populations. She strongly believes in tailoring treatments through a holistic and patient-centered lens based on individual and multi-faceted histories. During 30-minute monthly sessions, Dr. Lewandowski focuses on collaborating with patients using evidence-based treatments with an emphasis on medication management in conjunction with supportive therapy. Additionally, she may recommend bringing a therapist into your care team to help facilitate a more comprehensive treatment plan. Alexandra Hill, MD

Dr. Hill is a recent graduate of the psychiatry residency program at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. During her residency, she sought out additional training in psychodynamic therapy and EMDR. She participated in the Psych Scholars track, which provided in-depth education and supervision around therapy and psychoanalytic theory. This allows her to better understand the role of both medication and therapy, to utilize, when to couple them, and what limitations they may have. She has additional interests in trauma work; women's mental health, specifically in the peripartum period; and in working with individuals facing progressive diseases or terminal diagnoses.‍

Erika Zarco, LMFT

Erika Zarco is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Telehealth provider. She has extensive experience working in non-profits, schools, academic settings, and private practice. Erika is certified in Trauma-Informed Interventions, Advanced Grief Counseling, Addictions-Informed Care, Narrative Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Nutrition & Integrative Medicine for trauma. She holds a BA in Humanities from New College of California and a master’s in Counseling from the Wright Institute.

Erika values open communication and helps clients set clear treatment goals. She fosters a collaborative environment using narrative counseling, Internal Family Systems, and “parts” work to help clients re-story their experiences. She also offers EFT Tapping for trauma, anxiety, depression, and pain. Erika works from the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and promotes self-determination through Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, and Energy Psychology.

Erika begins by understanding what brings clients to therapy and building a strong therapeutic relationship. She tailors Narrative Counseling and EFT sessions to each individual, collaboratively creating personalized treatment plans with achievable, transformational goals. Her approach is holistic, supportive, and designed to empower clients to recognize their strengths and motivation for meaningful change.

Sebrina Cotton, LPCC

Sebrina Cotton is a passionate advocate for mental health and holistic well-being. With over 7 years of experience in the mental health field, she has worked with diverse populations seeking support in managing various challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship/marital issues, grief/loss, and life transitions. Sebrina's approach is person-centered and collaborative. She will hold you accountable to the goals you want to accomplish through a combination of empathy, active listening, and skillful interventions. Sebrina welcomes you to a warm and safe space to bring all of who you are to each session. She will walk alongside you through your therapy journey towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life. In her time outside of sessions, Sebrina enjoys working out at the gym, teaching/practicing yoga, and traveling.

Geoffrey Edelstein, LCSW

Geoffrey Edelstein, LCSW, is a Licensed Certified Social Worker. His practice is informed by the latest neuro-cognitive sciences, emphasizing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions. In addition to working with children, adolescents, and adults, he also works with couples and families. Geoffrey also has experience working with LGBTQ+ clients. Geoffrey received his Master's in Social Work from New York University Silver School of Social Work. Before that, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at Drew University. Geoffrey's experience includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy, but his unique approach to therapy also integrates music, writing, drawing, and origami. In crafting a treatment plan, Geoffrey draws on his years of clinical experience from Four Winds Hospital. There, Geoffrey served as the Coordinator of Children's Services and facilitated care for children ages 8-13 in a Dialectical Behavior Therapy group setting. Geoffrey also worked with adults and adolescents in Four Winds' inpatient units. Prior to this, Geoffrey worked in respite services at Family Services of Westchester and the Federally Qualified Health Center of the Hudson Valley Cerebral Palsy Association. Geoffrey is committed to delivering quality mental health services to his patients and is passionate about helping them reach their goals.

Taylor Brady, MD

Dr. Taylor Brady, MD, MBA, is a psychiatrist who found his passion for mental health care through the power of listening to people’s stories. His background includes medical training at the University of Utah, leadership as Student Body President, and psychiatric residency at the University of Texas, where he served as Inpatient Chief Resident and received awards for both clinical excellence and medical education. he brings that same commitment and curiosity to his work with patients. Outside of clinical care, he is deeply interested in narrative medicine—the way our personal stories shape our mental health—and uses that lens to help patients find meaning, clarity, and strength in their own journeys.

As a psychiatrist, Dr. Taylor Brady approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect for your unique story.
