This leader plays a critical role in advancing Talkiatry’s data strategy by guiding the technical direction and delivery of our BI and analytics systems, with a focus on scalable, reliable self-service analytics that support informed decision-making and follow modern analytics engineering best practices. You will manage a team of five BI professionals and partner closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure data is accessible, actionable, and aligned with our mission of transforming mental health care.

About the role:
As the Director of FP&A at Talkiatry, you will help build and scale the planning and performance management foundation that enables strong decision-making across the business. This role requires a high-energy, high-integrity leader who can partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver clear insights, rigorous forecasts, and scalable planning processes that support Talkiatry’s rapid growth.
 
This is a high-impact, highly visible role within the broader Finance team. Director of Clinical Operations - Psychiatry

We are seeking a Director of Clinical Operations - Psychiatry to own and oversee the day-to-day activities for a team of clinicians. This role will have control over the supply and demand sides of our business to find the sweet spot between provider flexibility and operational efficiency. To that end, you will be responsible for utilization management, capacity planning, adherence to care protocol, billing consistency, and cost control. In essence, you will be a business owner accountable for revenue growth and cost and quality control.

You will be working with clinicians as your main internal clients but will partner with Product and Tech, Clinical Support, and other centralized operational functions. You will be frequently finding yourself strategizing on long term goals, problem solving day-to-day inefficiencies of our operations, interpreting performance and quantitative data, and running projects into improve our experience and care quality. In this role, you’ll support the optimization and scaling of paid social programs across channels like Meta, TikTok, and Reddit, working hands-on with live campaigns, creative testing, and performance analysis. You’ll collaborate closely with our Paid Growth, Creative, and Data teams to turn insights into action—analyzing results, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and helping shape paid social creative strategy. This role will also support relationships with creative partners, including agencies and creators, to ensure learnings from performance data inform what we build next.

While experience on every social platform isn’t required, you must have experience operating and scaling Meta campaigns. You should be comfortable working with data, and eager to grow your analytical and channel expertise.
