Cherese Allen is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Houston and earned her master's degree from Houston Christian University. Additionally, she completed an internship at a private practice in Texas. Upon obtaining her license, she achieved certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Shame-Informed Therapy, and Eating Disorders.

With years of experience in both education and private practice, Cherese has helped individuals, couples, and families overcome a wide range of mental health challenges. Her expertise includes, but is not limited to, addressing depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, mood disorders, career changes, and major life transitions.

Cherese employs a holistic approach that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Evelyn Kuang, PMHNP, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience spanning clinical practice, research, and teaching. She trained at Columbia School of Nursing and in specialized psychiatric programs including Gracie Square Hospital, NYP Mt. Sinai SAGE elders, and Harlem’s STAY program. Evelyn has worked with diverse communities, including LGBTQ+ youth, older adults, and Asian-American populations, with expertise in sexual health, geriatric psychiatry, and trauma. She is also a musician and composer, integrating creative expression into therapeutic work.

Evelyn provides person-centered, trauma-informed care with an intersectional and decolonized lens. She emphasizes shared decision-making and creates a compassionate environment where patients feel safe and heard. Passionate about addressing implicit bias in healthcare and supporting ethnic identity formation, she focuses on improving access and quality of mental health care for Asian diaspora communities.

Evelyn begins by exploring each patient’s history, concerns, and goals through a trauma-informed, intersectional approach. She develops individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals, incorporating supportive psychodynamic psychotherapy alongside medication management to ensure holistic care.

Dr. Mann is a double board-certified psychiatrist specializing in the care of adults, with additional expertise in the care of older adults. Her practice focuses on medication management for a wide range of psychiatric conditions. It incorporates various therapeutic modalities in order to optimize symptomatic improvement and enhance quality of life. Dr. Mann received her medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine. She completed her residency training in psychiatry at Maimonides Medical Center, and fellowship training in geriatric psychiatry at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Dr. Mann's approach is rooted in empathy. She believes in the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship in facilitating the healing process. She strives to empower patients on their journey to recovery by partnering with them in their care.

Dr. Breaunnah Bloomer Jackson is a board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist who earned her undergraduate degree from Howard University and a master’s in biological sciences from Mississippi College. She completed medical school at LSU Health Sciences Center – Shreveport, followed by a general psychiatry residency and child & adolescent psychiatry fellowship at LSU Health Sciences Center – New Orleans, where she served as Chief Fellow.

Dr. Breaunnah Bloomer Jackson creates a welcoming, supportive space for children, adolescents, and their families. She takes a compassionate and collaborative approach to care, focusing on medication management while integrating supportive therapy, brief cognitive techniques, parent guidance, psychoeducation, and motivational strategies. When ongoing therapy is needed, she works closely with therapists to ensure connected, comprehensive care.

She is passionate about meeting young people where they are, honoring their individuality, and working with families to navigate challenges together. With a strong foundation in human development and a deep commitment to equity, Dr. Bloomer Jackson is building a practice that supports the whole person—and every story.

Dr. Meena Shah is a board-eligible psychiatrist and has been practicing for over 16 years. She specializes in child and adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Shah's practice focuses on medication management in conjunction with supportive and emotionally focused therapy in 30-minute follow up visits. Dr. Shah believes in the importance of building a therapeutic relationship with her patients and families to help achieve their emotional goals. Dr. Shah completed her residency training through Richmond University Medical Center with NY Medical College and completed her fellowship at Brookdale University Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Shah has extensive experience with the child and adolescent population and worked with foster care programs as well as juvenile residential facility programs .Dr. Shah served as Children's Associate Medical Director at Directions for Living Mental Health Clinic and went on to become Medical Director at Sequel Care of Florida. In addition, Dr. Shah also received her Master's degree in Hyperbaric Medicine. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida with a major in psychology. Dr. Shah's primary clinical focus has been treating children, and young adults with ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, and helping them establish coping skills to overcome any life obstacle.

Bryan Larson is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Washington State University (2019). He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Walla Walla University in 2003 and worked for over a decade as an emergency department nurse. Since 2019, he has provided outpatient psychiatric care for diverse patients, offering medication management and support for a variety of mental health diagnoses.

Bryan works with patients from all backgrounds with a focus on treating each individual uniquely. He emphasizes meeting patients “where they’re at” and collaborates in a supportive environment to achieve personalized treatment goals, ensuring every patient feels understood and valued.

During the initial appointment, Bryan reviews a patient’s psychiatric history and current concerns to develop a tailored treatment plan, which may include medication and/or therapy services. He fosters a welcoming environment and continually adjusts care plans to align with each patient’s goals, supporting long-term mental health improvement.
